Our Process for Meeting Artists
We won’t be auditioning for these roles but rather meeting with artists for an interview conversation who can clearly demonstrate, through their application, a clear interest in the subject and themes of the work and a passion for making new, musical work in collaborative settings and unusual spaces.
We strongly encourage applications from artists based in Yorkshire whose stories and experiences are minoritised in the arts ecology. We actively welcome applications from the trans community. We also have a commitment to supporting artists into their first professional roles wherever possible in our work.
If you have any questions or want to chat more about the roles, email Beth at beth@archipelagoarts.co.uk.
